Proposed minimum number of members – 5
Committee Duties:
- Collect names of club members who are eligible for the various awards.
- Select award recipients based on the criteria established by the committee.
- Ensure all engravings and certificates are completed prior to the May general meeting.
- Ensure all membership pins are ordered and received in a timely manner prior to the May general meeting.
- The Chair will present the awards at the May general meeting.
The members of this committee shall consist of the Auditor, the 1st Vice President, at least one Past President, chairs of the departments, and at least one other at-large member selected by the President.
