Budget & Finance Committee

Proposed minimum number of members – 3

Committee Duties:

• Draft an annual budget and submit to the Executive Board and the club members for approval.
• Assist the Treasurer, as needed, with monthly reports to present to the club members.
• Assist the Treasurer in tracking club expenses and assets, ensuring that club members are properly informed of any financial concerns.
• Assist the Treasurer, as needed, during the required annual audit.

The WCWC Treasurer shall serve as Chair of this committee.

This committee will work closely with the Fundraising Committee, the Grants Committee, and the Scholarship Committee.

(Note:  The date for the budget deadline is not stated here, as we still need to determine if we need to change the WCWC fiscal calendar.)
