Bylaws Committee

Proposed minimum number of members – 4

Committee Duties:

• Review the existing WCWC bylaws biannually, at a minimum, to ensure their completeness and guarantee there are no conflicts with the bylaws of GFWC or GFWC-KY, nor with the WCWC Articles of Incorporation.
• Update the bylaws, as needed, and submit them for review, discussion, and approval by club members.

The Chair of this committee will be assigned by the President and approved by the Executive Board.
