Nominating Committee

Proposed minimum number of members – 3

Committee Duties:

• Determine if any current officers would like to remain an officer (either in their current position or in a new position) during the upcoming term.
• Determine which positions remain to be filled.
• Decide which club members would appear to be a good fit for the open positions. Contact those club members for approval to submit their name for selection.
• Present the slate of nominees to the Executive Board, followed by communication to the club members.

The Nominating Committee will be chaired by the immediate Past President (current Second Vice President).  The President will appoint two additional club members to serve on the committee.
