Committee Responsibilities

Proposed minimum number of members – 3

Committee Duties:

  • Solicit suggestions from club members for speakers / programs.
  • Evaluate current Kentucky Humanities / Chautauqua programs and select at least one per calendar year, pending approval of expenses by the Executive Board.
  • Communicate with organizations / individuals to determine availability and set schedules.
  • Arrange payment (where applicable) and “appreciation gifts” for speakers.
  • Ensure lunch is provided to the speakers, if they desire.

This Committee will work with the Blessings Basket Committee.
