Committee Responsibilities
Proposed minimum number of members – 2
Committee Duties:
- Request RSVPs from all members to determine headcounts for general meetings, including luncheon reservations.
- Communicate the number of luncheon reservations to the caterer.
- Collect the lunch money from the members before the meeting.
- Deliver the lunch money and the headcount to the Treasurer.
- Follow up with the members who did not attend the meeting but had made reservations.
- Ensure all amounts due are collected and delivered to the Treasurer.
The members of this committee shall consist of the Auditor, the 1st Vice President, at least one Past President, chairs of the departments, and at least one other at-large member selected by the President.
